Introduction. Neuroendocrine neoplasms (NENs) of the gastrointestinal tract (GIT) are slow-growing and rare tumors with different clinical, histological, biological characteristics an increased incidence in recent years. Most them indolent colonic NENs among all GIT-NENs. Compared to colorectal adenocarcinoma neuroendocrine colon sigmoid uncommon. Case outline. We present a 25-year-old female patient, who was admitted our department hemorrhagic shock due life-threatening bleeding from tumor on colon, after unsuccessful endoscopic hemostasis during colonoscopy. The complaints started day before admission ward hematochezia. patient had no that. Emergency operation resection terminal colostomy were performed. Pathohistological immunohistochemical analysis showed unclear histogenetic origin group tumors. Conclusion. Regardless asymptomatic period disease, these can cause severe as first symptom, which be life-threatening.
